*If you have an issue with your order upon delivery, contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the issue*


Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in Its original cardboard box.

To complete your return, we require you to contact us before shipping your order back to us. We will provide the return label.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged Upon Arrival (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. We'll do our best to ensure your replacements arrive in time, so contact us as soon as possible!

Exchanges (if applicable)
If an exchange is made for a product of lesser value then you will receive a refund, minus the cost of shipping. 

Shipping
To return your product, contact us and we will email you a prepaid return label.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or an exchange, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).


TL;DR: Contact us within 15 day of your order and we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the shipment we will process your refund minus the cost of shipping to your original payment method within 5-10 days.
